Pharmacy First
WEB PCN practices are engaged with the Pharmacy First service and are able to make patient referrals to community pharmacies for minor illnesses.
The service aims to reduce the pressure on general practices and A&E departments whilst offering increased convenience and choice for patients.
Pharmacists have extensive knowledge on health conditions and medicines and are able to provide appropriate advice on a range of health topics.
Most community pharmacies can help you with the seven common conditions below without needing a GP appointment. If you have any of the following conditions please consider speaking to your community pharmacy first.
